AICC was formed during the early days of computer-based training to ensure the compatibility between learning content and early training technologies. Both SCORM and xAPI built off the framework AICC provided.

If yes, where is the AICC button? There were systems that offered it. Micro-Learning. I want to stress this. What about xAPI?
