Video streaming – either through the system itself – I believe it would be something like the vendor gives you 1GB of storage for free and then charges for more storage; you can stream from another server and tie into the LMS in some fashion. In 2000, I had a LMS in the cloud and felt safe. You can too. Bottom Line.

2000′s – HD-DVD shows up, so does Blu-Ray. People who bought HD-DVD players – learn that they make great flying objects out of five story buildings. . SaaS or on your own servers – they can do both, but ideally prefer SaaS (they host it). – always check with the vendor – they all support HD.

SaaS product – but here’s the thing – if you want the course to be in your LMS – it can but it still sits on the ZZ server side and not in your system (should note that the LMS connectivity is available only in the $40/u version). COPs hit their heyday back in the mid 2000′s.
