What I like about conferences is the ability to see the latest products and hear the pitches from the vendors. Vendors who will have a mini-review followed by a full review posted on the blog.

A significant number of vendors, reported higher revenue and sales numbers in 2010, then in 2009. A calling to a large number of vendors (small, medium and big), are all reporting strong numbers in January, with many saying that January 2011, was their best month – numbers and business wise, in the last few years.

2010 LMS Products of the Year

The product is Flash based, which is nice, but lack of mobile optimization for the iPad. Social Learning is limited. Vendors who are my clients are aware, prior for me working with them, that there is no quid pro quo, nor any special treatment given to them on my blog. My runner-up is Operitel’s LearnFlex LSP.
