ElevenLabs || Prime Voice AI This is another provider of an AI voice over tool (besides the more well-known WellSaid Labs and Murf.AI). The voices in the short samples sound very realistic; this could work for at least short narration. Currently, you can use the free plan for short samples as long as you provide attribution.

Assuming you have installed NeoSpeech and Loquendo Voices (two programs that come with Captivate but need to be installed after Captivate has been installed), you will be able to choose from any one of five voices from the Speech Agent drop-down menu: Kate or Paul (which come from NeoSpeech); Juliette, Simon or Stefan (from Loquendo Voices).
