LMSs/LCMS/CMS/learning platforms in commercial and open space continued their presence.

As the evolution of e-learning continues, the rapid content authoring tools (RCAT) market follows suit. This is a growing market with new vendors showing up, but at the same time, others disappearing. Microsoft Word converted to Flash? Templates with some learning objects? Adobe Captivate.
