The way a 3rd party content provider works with an LXP (or any learning system that offers a marketplace) is that they have a partnership agreement – allowing the vendor to have them in their marketplace. On top of all that, the LXP vendors (as a whole) pushed a false pretense that the LXP was vastly different than say an LMS. Was it though really so different? The problem?
