Im concerned that women will be excluded if such a focus is put on gaming skills -- or at least the gamer label. Im just raising some questions. "Emerging" = kinds of e-learning that are just starting to show up -- in labs, new company offerings. In the 90s there were one or two ways to do e-Learning: CDRoms and then the web. Pages and pictures and some sound and we turned the pages and took a test. This was "e-Learning 1.0". People dont learn in chunks.

Im not sure if the SME was reading a script, reading the notes, or just speaking from the heart. They said it "sounded more real" and they trusted it more because they knew this person was talking from experience.
