Lectora and Lectora Online support adding captions to FLV and MP4 video formats. If your file is not in this format (for example, WMV or AVI), you will need to convert it to MP4. Lectora requires a specially formatted XML file in order to attach captions. The format is HH:MM:SS – Hours:Minutes:Seconds.
