There was usually so much information on the slides that it was nearly impossible to retain anything.  Once I see a slide that says I’m on slide 1 of 80, I tend to immediately shut down.  Instead of a bunch of bulleted text, the slides contain text captions that pop up and then disappear after a few seconds.

While I nearly always pay professional voice over artists rather than record narration myself, I often end up doing minor audio edits. When importing voiceover audio into Adobe Captivate, I always suggest that audio be added directly to the slide instead of objects on the slide ( Audio > Import to > Slide ). By importing audio directly onto the slide, you'll have more direct control over the audio.

A scenario that was originally 52 passages in Twine ended up as 75 slides in Storyline–significantly more changes than we had hoped. No audio or video. I have sync’d audio with the slide content and it works when I play the audio while working in captivate, but when I click on preview project, the preview runs the audio but doesn’t show any of the bullets or images that are sync’d with the audio. I have a project I am working on.

A week ago I published a first showcase , explaining how to replicate the hotspot workflow for VR projects on a 2D image.
