She suggested using audio sparingly. Now, maybe Im just jaded and want to get to an approved storyboard. But I caved.

Minimal interaction with each other–students responded to adults but not each other. She had not used a chat room, IM, Facebook, or MySpace before joining a site called OurPrayer.org. Audio might be better for people who have trouble typing. Successes: Idea received positively by students. Students did thoughtful posts.

In the context of e-Learning (back then it was just plain old CBT), this meant you had audio/video on the screen with timed text bullets. The learner could listen to the audio if her preferred style was auditory, OR read the text if her preferred style was visual. Im with you. I always tune out the audio and read ahead.
