It can be if a vendor either built it into their system OR tapped into LAM (which is what takes a gen AI further – which you are unaware of, but it exists and is another AI option. The only way to get clarity is you have to ask the vendor. It should be. OR tap into machine learning (again AI). Say F500 or F50.

I never understood why vendors love to place the pricing in the far back of their proposals, some of which I have seen that are more than 25 pages, as though you are going to start on the first page and read through. Just as I can’t figure out why vendors love giving you their history as if that is going to sway you on buying a system.

Why, would a system that pushes heavily around the customer education/partner training segment, acquire a vendor who does the complete opposite? If Valamis wanted to push heavy and truly commit to the CE segment, they would have acquired a vendor who has capabilities or features or even themselves plays in the CE side. That’s it.

Helium today, I believe is targeted towards larger entities (they define their entire platform as “Enterprise”, which only adds to some confusion). The number of vendors who can do full customization is very small, and it is labor intensive (on the vendor part, which means cost), and priced high on the buyer side.
