I was surprised at the number of vendors offering a blended product – with ILT as more of the focus then their WBT counterpart. These were a few vendors that made me say interesting and real potential. Enables video to be recorded and guess what – SCORM compliant – finally! Commercial Time.

I can honestly say, the ATD show is changing from ILT driven (it has always been that way) to e-learning improvement. This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . I like the learning journey sort of one. .

An alarming rate of “get the content up now, ASAP&# regardless of what it looks like, instructional design is typically tossed out the window, especially when the ID, CD or whomever is tasked to create is handed a stream of documents in Word or PPT or some other form.
