All they care about is whether the system is in “the cloud” SaaS or “in the cloud” to the consumer means that is it hosted on your servers or wherever you host your LMS and they can access it via the internet regardless of where they are located as long as they have an internet connection. True, smartphones are here to stay, and they are wonderful for a lot of amazing things, but from a true m-learning standpoint, I just do not see the engaging interactive value here, in comparison to other mobile devices.
