No, I do not care how it works when it comes to learning. Totara business partners. I never understand why there are business partners at the show, especially when the vendor themselves are at a show. Totara – the vendor itself, was not at the show, but a couple of biz partners were. E-Learning 24/7.

14 Totara LMS by Totara Learning Solutions. Great user interface, easy to use and a wealth of amazing features.They are working on a strong m-learning capability. Streamline driven and mobile support including tablets. Another example of a very clean, modern and crisp UI. 13 Blackboard.

This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . In all the years I have attended and have known about ATD (formally ASTD), this year is by far the most in terms of e-learning vendors, especially those in the LMS space.

Estimate 55% e-learning related content, including e-learning vendors and ILT vendors who added a “virtual training” component as part of their offerings. To me, many more LMS vendors than in the past, especially some newbies I’ve never seen attend the show. And the lack of lunch.

Totara - While I’m not overly impressed with its UI, the system has an uber set of features. Oh, and they work with mobile devices – a huge plus. Litmos - At one time my favorite Lite LMS on the market. UI is very good, but I’m expecting more from this system since they seem to be stuck in a perpetual mode.

Some vendors who have failed to deliver, in my opinion, a user friendly system, due to front end or back end (admin side), or sometimes both. Totara LMS. CourseMill 6 by Trivantis. Plateau Talent Management System. Melon Lite LMS. Meridan KSI. NetSmart University. Operitel LearnFlex. SAP’s LMS. Avilar WebMentor LMS.
