I agree with Mark that there are fairly sizable organizational culture aspects to enterprise adoption of enterprise 2.0 / web 2.0 / eLearning 2.0. And, when you look at adoption patterns - a lot of what makes adoption of Web 2.0 And I think it's easy to underestimate that impact.
