Open Source Systems – That have to be 100% free to be considered. Open Source LMS of the Year. The product is Flash based, which is nice, but lack of mobile optimization for the iPad. My runner-up is Operitel’s LearnFlex LSP. Use Skype within their system. These standout to me. Categories.
