It also removes the ability to publish flash content as flash is now dead. To Start, click on the “Reporting” option located under the “Quiz” header (see the screenshot below). At the top of the Preferences box, you’ ll see a checkbox for “Quiz, Enable reporting for this project”. SCORM Preferences.

Studio ’13 is a very nice upgrade that features new Engage templates, additional quiz questions (including drag-and-drop), feedback layers, HTML5 publishing, characters, and a unified player, among other things. ( Studio ’09 could not output to HTML5, so it was a non-starter for iOS delivery. See list of new features.)

Less known are the actions that can be triggered when a Quiz is completed (Passed/Failed). Since that object is no longer supported for HTML5 output, I took it out of the table. However the events for the hotspots in a VR project or 360 image/video are more limited as are the overlay Quiz slides in a VR project.

Traditional SCORM content is Flash-based, which may cause issues on new platforms and mobile devices. In most cases, nowadays, it is highly recommended that you publish for HTML5. Step 4: Set your quiz properties. If you are using SCORM as your publishing standard, you will most likely be including a quiz to capture the results.

It can be used as standalone asset; the viewer only needs a mp4 player which is available on each system. I think about merging with 360 slides, real quiz slides, adding links to other assets etc. Interactive objects can always be scored, and reported to a LMS. Integration in a website is very easy. Viewers expect short videos.
