Sure, the pedagogy may not be perfect, but the alternative is much worse. Involving little more than knowledge transmission and perhaps a quiz at the end, the xMOOC is widely seen as replicating old-fashioned lectures and exams. The pedagogy of MOOCs will be enriched. Don’t all these people deserve a better education?

Typically, students watch short video lectures and complete assignments that are graded either by machines or by other students. A pedagogy of abundance or a pedagogy to support human beings? He would like to see curricula and pedagogy move away from knowledge and skills to be a “pedagogy for human beings.”
