I am attempting to embed short (10 sec) video files to a captivate 2019 project and publish it as an swf file. When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads. I have checked to ensure that my flash player is up-to-date in my browser (IE) also.

I have been choosing it many years ago (with version 1) for that feature as well. It can be used as standalone asset; the viewer only needs a mp4 player which is available on each system. You can use an embedded video file or refer to a published MP4 file on YouTube (and probably in next version also possible with Vimeo files).

The existing functionality for multiple decisions in former versions has been preserved: adding decisions, moving decisions, duplicating decisions. The existing functionality for multiple decisions in former versions has been preserved: adding decisions, moving decisions, duplicating decisions.
