One vendor I saw recently, noted they are a “sales learning platform,” but upon discussion, agreed they are a sales enablement platform. Heavy use of metrics – A lot of metrics and analytical analysis here – going beyond learning platforms in general, and depending on the LMS, might exceed that too. .
