Other options were universities who went online, via Lotus Notes. Heck, I was in a doctorate program, whereas the majority of the ‘courses’ was via Lotus Notes, the other was ILT. Everyone I knew, followed the ADDIE approach. Need a skill gap or want to do skill gap analysis? It was a university.
