Strategy" Fails One of the better, cheap support mechanisms for self-directed learning are web 2.0 Strategies will move much slower than organizations who adopt easy to use tools and make tactical use of these tools. We may also see use of Flash Quiz Tools , polls, survey tools or something like Harbinger Knowledge's Team Pod.
