In the context of e-Learning (back then it was just plain old CBT), this meant you had audio/video on the screen with timed text bullets. Im with you. Or a job aid.

This hasnt gotten onto my radar before -- Im not sure if there are any state-funded online programs in Massachusetts. As I recall, she has two kids in high school who are taking online courses, and thats what got her interested in ID and e-learning. The less-fascinating lessons were mostly HTML text and static images.

The universe has shifted slightly as Ive adjusted my images. This is me, in case you were wondering: I still havent bothered trying to figure out how to change my blogger image from that damn apple! Im the same when teaching face-to-face -- big user of the laugh to create connection. It was a bit disconcerting at first.
