Adobe CS and CS2 was about the time Adobe acquired Macromedia and Flash didn’t get its next version upgrade until CS3. Open Flash and create a new Flash document/file. I recently upgraded from Flash 8 to Flash CS4 which is a difference in 3 versions. Here are two images on the differences of opening a new Flash document.
