I’m forced to see licorice candies in my JuJufruits- I swear the ratio is 20 to 1, with these things, but I do not have to enjoy them – during movie days, I would toss them on the ground, so the next patron can step in them. SumTotal (Learning Management) – $$$ to $$$$. Actually, SumTotal’s is far worse.

SumTotal for example did a nice revamp, but their reporting is super outdated. I look at a lot of data when it comes to support, including ratios – # of tickets to customers (on avg), follow-up time (during business hours) for initial call, then on-going follow-ups, number of support staff, and so forth. Jasper has to go. .

I will try to do a Pro/Weakness that needs improvement angle (not con per se) and do it as a three-to-three ratio, but some may be more Pro and less Weakness. For cohort-based learning angle, way too many people can be in a community. It also does not include Saba nor SumTotal. No reason why, that is how I rock. Except Pepsi.
