Maybe an image of their face? One vendor is focused only on SaaS products including social media. For example, a lesson topic could be on Linkedin, and each lesson tied to a specific area within Linkedin. If I am a vendor, do some legwork and at least get the client’s colors and logo, by visiting their web site. .

Somewhat: Microsoft IE9 (in beta) plus the Google Chrome Frame Installed – you can see HTML5 sites, without the Chrome Frame installed you can see only a few sites.

I believe this is very possible, because regardless of the generation, people want easy, they want fast and if they could do a lot of things in a system for example, rather than having multiple windows open, they would do it. Some systems charge on a per course uploaded or viewed, on a set number of users – with a maximum for example of 250, on credits – which I hate -but that is another story; on storage – you receive X amount, if you go over you pay extra. Many vendors’ sites do not state this information in their pricing.

Example: At your 9 a.m. Can the end user expand the size of the window, so your instructor’s face or image is bigger? I mean if it looks grainy, maybe the expansion option for that vendor is not your best choice. I had it with one vendor and rarely used it. Looks like your site – branded.
