And as time has gone by, I have started to wonder about the validity of Kirkpatrick in today’s world. My thinking about training evaluation was turned on its head by a presentation at the February 2011 MNISPI meeting by Beth McGoldrick of Ameriprise’s RiverSource University. But it wasn’t.
