As described in the 508 Standards Guide [1194.22(b)]: Lectora and Lectora Online support adding captions to FLV and MP4 video formats. Click Save As and save the file as an FLV. If desired, you can convert the FLV to MP4 when you import the file into your Lectora Online title. Browse for and select the desired video file.
