I have never taken a course in adult learning theory. My current business card says Im a "Manager of Instructional Design". I have learned everything I "know" about instructional design and teaching by doing. And now Im here -- "Manager of Instructional Design." But at this point, Im here to stay. Whats your story?
I also kept the LibraryThing listing books Im currently reading (or have read or intend to read at some point.), I just deleted a bunch of stuff and/or tried to incorporate it into my About Page. I did keep the Instructional Design Resources list, which seems to be useful to people. as this does get a lot of interest (aka "hits").

Cammy, sorry I missed the first version of this! Atleast in India, I guess most of us strictly follow Blooms Taxonomy and frame learning objectives. Belatedly, Im thinking that there are relatively easy ways to enable learners to have cake or to eat it as they see fit. I have reviewed the research on learning objectives however.
