How about letting the boss know how many people have accessed specific lessons, and how many people have completed the course? SCORM allows educators to track such things as learner completion of a course, pass/fail rates, and the amount of time a learner takes to complete a lesson or course. Last year we've experimented with various social media to improve a sharing event for about 100 participants (for more details see my older blogpost ).
