Last week, I attended the Learning and HR Tech Solutions Conference (LHRCon 24). Day 2 Keynote: Harnessing Entrepreneurial Ingenuity in Talent Development Daymond John This was more of a classic keynote with Daymond John’s inspirational life story of how he started life in poverty and worked his way into a star on Shark Tank.

Last week was the Learning Solutions Conference 2023. I have attended and presented at LSCon every year since 2017 (including the online events in 2020). This year was another great experience. I enjoyed catching up with folks I have seen at past events, meeting new people, and learning from the sessions.
