For the upper tier packages (excluding the “base” if you will), the system can convert (when you upload) any PDF, document, video, etc. This is huge especially with the word doc and PDFs. Mobile includes on/off synch; assessment tool is good, mentoring has some nice capabilities. Mentoring is robust.
