The gradebook module uses a formula to convert scores for activities to an aggregated lesson score at a range from 1 and 100 - and subsequently to a grade (e.g, After installing the module we have to decide on how scores will be translated to grades. You collect messages in the form of JSON statements about what your learners are achieving while learning or playing or interacting with other people. People just want to grab the raw score.

Mastery score: Defines the score a learner must achieve to pass a SCORM module. A mastery score isn’t compulsory as some SCORM modules don’t include a quiz and some quizzes don’t require a passing score. SCORM defines how online learning content speaks to, and tracks results back to, an LMS.
