To Start, click on the “Reporting” option located under the “Quiz” header (see the screenshot below). At the top of the Preferences box, you’ ll see a checkbox for “Quiz, Enable reporting for this project”. This option will not report any scores back to LearnUpon. We recommend using this setting.

Any time we go to create a new course, we pull this common cptx from our controlled documents library, paste in our new slides, author the simulations, etc., We add in scored interactive items (usually click boxes) toward the end of each individual assessment simulation, and we publish these as SCORM packages for upload to our LMS.

That is the case for Success/Last Attempt events for (Shape) Buttons, Click Boxes, Text Entry boxes, interactive Learning interactions, Drag&Drop but also for Question/Knowledge Check slides. Less known are the actions that can be triggered when a Quiz is completed (Passed/Failed). Ignored by most users are the Hyperlink events.

That allows you to add overlay content slides, KC slides and can also be combined in a cptx project with other content slides. I think about merging with 360 slides, real quiz slides, adding links to other assets etc. For the interactive video slides it is possible to create a menu for easy navigation.

One exception: embedded buttons on Quiz/Score slides cannot be shape buttons, so I use transparent buttons for those. I will show a use case of custom hotspot questions with partial scoring like described in this older post. VR project/360 slides. Personally never use the legacy button types anymore.
