There are essentially three camps in my organization (1) the parent agency, that favors one of the big LMS products (2) the small army of novices driving the ADL boat (3) the HRMS folks. (2) As value for the dollar goes these folks have been taken to the cleaners in nearly every case. I'd imagine that this is common in most organizations.
