    Start Captivate and create a software simulation.   And here's another issue that's been reported: when attempting to create a software simulation on a Mac, the red recording area doesn't show up (meaning you really can't create the simulation). .

  Then you try to do some screen-capture work in Adobe Captivate, and you are hit with an error message: Screen capture with high density monitor not allowed or perhaps something about DpiAwareness.
