Other fun tidbits AICC was the leader here, then came SCORM. There were LMS vendors certified by AICC, but the majority were not, and yes, some said they were, then you go to the AICC web site and see that they are not. Is Kirkpatrick still in play? It was truly the wild west back then. I argue no.

Output was AICC (boo) and SCORM. They have no knowledge about ADDIE or Kirkpatrick. That anyone, without any knowledge around ID or e-learning development could create a course quickly.
