Several of the LMS vendors appear more than once, such as Oracle. Most of the time (as is the case with Oracle) these are different products. AICC goes after the same thing as what I've described above for SCORM (tracking under an LMS). Note: ARIADNE, AICC, IEEE LTSC, and IMS all participate in ADL's work on SCORM). Can we develop the same project using : Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, Oracle, Flash combination? What about other Standards? This certainly can be used.

What I am finding is that AICC is nearly gone in the LEP space (as it is with LMSs too), so if I was you, I’d seek SCORM, SCORM 1.2, The usual fare and always check, because not every LEP can integrate with SAP, Workday, Oracle, let alone Salesforce. xAPI as my top three. Integration.
