Following on from our webinar last week (you can find the recording here ), we wanted to show that improving knowledgemanagement doesn’t always have to cost a great deal of time and money. A massive reason why knowledgemanagement initiatives fail is because they simply aren’t user-friendly enough. Get in touch.
If working collaboratively, from a distance, is the new normal in the long term, it will need the acquisition of new skills, attitudes and mindsets for optimum work performance. L&D will need to take the lead and enable the development of these skills, attitudes and mindsets. Think of knowledge like a virus.
