While we use personal computing devices currently (the PC, laptop, phone, media player, game consoles, etc.), that’s hardly changing, we are only adding and co-opting tools and media to assist learning at a phenomenal rate. research into neural interface devices is progressing at a rapid, perhaps even alarming rate.
The questions prompt quite a lively and interesting discussion among online community members. The Learning Circuits BigQuestion for May is: How do we need to change in what we do in order to address learning/performance needs that are on-demand? So, there you have it…my answer to this month’s bigquestion.

Learning Circuits' BigQuestion for May is "So what can, should, or will, we offer the digital generation by 2015?" We are already seeing the impact of social media and informal learning, but we will see it blend immensely with both classroom and e-learning. on the cloud.

I think the growing popularity of social media apps on mobile devices will assist with a growth of social learning (I consider social/informal learning on mobile devices m-learning too). So, here we go; m-Learning continues to grow.
The March BigQuestion from Learning Circuits is What will workplace learning look like in 10 years? There will be a need for trainers and/or knowledge managers who will guide, coach, be a catalyst for, and monitor social media and informal learning. There it is, my crack at being a futurist.
