The questions prompt quite a lively and interesting discussion among online community members. The Learning Circuits BigQuestion for May is: How do we need to change in what we do in order to address learning/performance needs that are on-demand? So, there you have it…my answer to this month’s bigquestion.
April's BigQuestion from Learning Circuits is "How to Keep up?" It is tough to stay on top of all the emerging tools. However, being involved in an e-learning community is a big help. This is in reference the immense and rapidly expanding technology tools.

Last year I participated in a fringe event during the Learning and Technologies conference and it was funny to be emerged into a topic I didn't have a clue what is was. The challenge for the design of a good learning landscape lies in looking beyond borders and use of materials outside your own LMS, such as websites and video's.
