The questions prompt quite a lively and interesting discussion among online community members. The Learning Circuits BigQuestion for May is: How do we need to change in what we do in order to address learning/performance needs that are on-demand? So, there you have it…my answer to this month’s bigquestion.

Ken Allan really somewhat crystallizes it as a question of " Knowing WHEN to switch ?" " Or more broadly, when is each kind of method appropriate given a specific concept work need. It is likely too complex for a practical guiding taxonomy to be drawn up and be of any use. There are no hard and fast rules for this.

Teaching for Chris emerged in the outdoor leadership world while he was working in outdoor guiding.
