The quality of those courses? Is it the number of theories you can cite? Adult learning theory? Whether these people are really sure of what they are doing, is a bigquestion mark. So as a licensed teacher I feel very knowledgeable in theory as well as practice and took that to a new level.
The Oxford Dictionary defines confidence as “a feeling of self-assurance arising from an appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.” The bigquestion is, how do we create confident teams? The answer lies in the theory of self-determination. Confidence at Work: Self Determination Theory (SDT).
The January BigQuestion is Quality vs. Speed. What about the learners that are out there creating AWESOME learning content and making us ALL look as old as the theories we cling too.
