The questions prompt quite a lively and interesting discussion among online community members. The Learning Circuits BigQuestion for May is: How do we need to change in what we do in order to address learning/performance needs that are on-demand? So, there you have it…my answer to this month’s bigquestion.
January's BigQuestion at the Learning Circuits blog asks for our 2010 predictions. This will include better search functions, a mobile app that actually works (yes, I went there), and a TweetChat style app (increasing its ability to function as a social learning tool). I don't regard this question as just a topical response to the increased interest in informal learning - it's an issue that has been there as long as we have had learning professionals.
