If that’s the case, then perhaps we should expect to see more and more people using the term “elearning” instead of “e-learning” and then the oxford dictionary will follow suit. Furthermore, “ELearning” and “Elearning” read more like “EL earning”, confusing the brain, and are not the way you would capitalize a hyphenated proper noun.
