As of today (late November 24), the industry is witnessing an evolution of AI trends in learningsystems. Nobody knows how fast it will change in 2025, what will benefit industries, or what will scare the bejeebers out of people, including those who think AI is doom. I looked solely at our industry and learningsystems.
Workplace learning through integrated learningsystems has become the need of the hour. So, it will be safe to say that the changing times necessitate workforce Transformation and upskilling of the teams. They also help individuals manage Learningsystems while meeting the immediate learning requirements of the clients.
For me, this is the time of year when the Top 10 best learningsystems are just around the corner. This post, though, covers what used to be the 11-20 learningsystem rankings. Instead of the traditional Top 10, I’ll be recognizing best-in-class systems in a variety of categories from vendors across the board.

The same can be said for Enterprise LearningSystems. Anyone can mention they are Enterprise, and that their learningsystem is for “Enterprises”, but finding the best of the best of those, isn’t so simple to quantify, let alone clarify. Employees will use whatever learningsystem you give them.
Featuring top executives from a variety of learningsystems. Systems that focus on Large Enterprise and Enterprise. Systems focusing on Small Business and mid-market. Systems whose target audience are employees (first and foremost), a combo (employees and customer ed) and customer education only. The First Time.

There is a lot there for types of systems as I have noted before. I can’t forget the joke of micro-learning platforms, ignoring that micro-learning has been around since 2000, every type of learningsystem can do this because it is based solely on how you or whomever creates the courses/content.

An e-learning prototype is different from a storyboard , but not as developed as a beta test. Whereas a storyboard is all about content (what should I cover, how should I organize it), a prototype is about the mechanics of your learningsystem. Avoid late, eleventh-hour changes.
