I am wholly on board with using both and we are working to do so at my company, but there is an idea that it can replace humans, trainers, and contentdevelopers in a cost-saving way. As you can imagine, this makes e-Book delivery for contentdevelopers rather painful. And much like SCORM, a standard is emerging for e-Books that places the burden on the device manufacturer, instead of the content creator. Very analogous to eLearning delivery before the SCORM standard (Does it work on my LMS?)!
