Although its geared towards "rapid e-Learning" efforts, these guidelines can be applied to any type of training. This months newsletter is no exception.
I usually work with wonderful clients and when they need convincing of something, I use my knowledge of learning theory and cognitive psychology to help them understand. I hope my book is helpful because it is based on cognitive research. But that was okay, because as the author, I could address instructional designers also.
