Today, I’m going to talk about learningcontent management (ECM) and enterprise content management (LCM). Hecht recognized that learningcontent management needed to be just such a service that provided the functionality his team required, but within Informa’s over ECM system.
Training departments who don’t recognize the tremendous implications this will have on their learningcontentdevelopment strategy risk facing significant consequences in terms of profitability and competitiveness. The industry is rapidly reaching a point where eLearning is no longer the center of the universe. Of course not!
