You can find a long list of tools broken into authoring tools, games/simulations, quiz/test tools, socialmedia, delivery platforms, tracking and whether they support mobile. Probably one of the better sources on this is Jane Hart’s Instructional Tools Directory.
As an enterprise, Acme Corporation is “dipping its toes&# into socialmedia. While the organisation has invested in social technology, and maybe even documented a socialmedia policy, the majority of its socialmedia activity is driven from the bottom up. Take it to the next level.
